Ella started water coloring in the summer of 2020 to explore the medium. Through books and consistent learning Ella began to love watercolor. As everyone was looking to improve their homes during COVID, Ella decided to paint what the new exterior of her parent’s house would look like, per her mother’s request. This enjoyment of painting her home sparked an idea to work with her father. Ella’s father has had a successful title insurance company located in Central Pennsylvania for over 30 years. After success of working with her father, painting 30 paintings a month for closing gifts to his clients at Great Road Settlement Services, Ella returned to Manhattan. She continued her education at The Fashion Institute of Technology to receive an AS in Fashion Business Management and BA in Home Products Development with minors in History of Art and Asian Studies. Since then, Ella has been painting portraits of homes in the tri-state area for real estate agents and homeowners to capture treasured memories.
